While hot and cold stones can be used in a spa treatment, they can also be used to aid both therapist and client in deeper, therapeutic massage work. This hands-on, one day class will help you integrate stones into a therapeutic massage to achieve longer, more effective muscular release for your clients. Additionally, learning to use heated stones to release muscular tension prior to deep tissue work will help reduce stress on your hands and wrists.
